Yeah, only TWO months after trying to get a hold of this creep, he calls my husband and says that because the apartment needed to be cleaned and we had a cat that he won't give us our $565 security deposit back!!! Well, we took pictures and the landlord who we thought were our landlords, afterall they were the ones who were suppose to have our security deposit and were paying our rent to, said we can have a cat when they took over the building. I will add that our old contract with the creep I am talking about now ran out before we had Oreo, our cat in questioning!!! Plus, the people who we were paying rent to said that the apartment was left in move in condition and stated that they will vouch for us if we decide to go to court!!! Thank Lord and Lady that we took pictures!!!  My life was going pretty quietly until now!!! So, if there are any renter law savy Pagans/Wiccans out there, may you lend me some good advice!!!
